Wednesday 10/18: On Wednesday, October 18, at 5:30 pm Sarah Kalika, AEG Vice President, will speak to the St. Louis Chapter on her Presidential Tour. Her talk, titled “What’s in that Soil?”, will discuss various subsurface hazards, basic ways we can get an understanding of the potential contaminant (or naturally occurring) hazards of an area, and suggestions for proper PPE that should be used to prevent inhalation, ingestion, and bringing this stuff home from your project. 

The meeting will be held at the Terracon office at 11600 Lilburn Park Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146. Dinner will be provided. RSVP on our website (http://www.aegstl.org/monthly-section-meetings/) by October 16^th, 2023, to attend.

The cost to attend is $15 for members, $5 for students, and $20 for non-members.
